TraiTel's messaging service makes it easier for you to keep in touch with business associates, family and friends. With TraiTel's fax service not only can you receive faxes into your email inbox but now you can also receive voice messages too.
The TraiTel service allows for voice messages to be delivered to an email address. With the service, a number (the same number used for receiving faxes) is allocated to the user who can in turn publish it just like any other telephone number.
When somebody calls this number they will be greeted with a generic or personalised
message that can be easily recorded, the choice to leave a message or send a fax will be given to the caller.
The user receives the voice messages in a .wav audio format, this message can later on be forwarded to any email address over the Internet.
For this very reason, a user is never limited to one particular location for getting hold of his or her messages, ".wav" audio is the most common standard of usage and compatibility will be found in every single computer in use today.
This means that whether you are in the office, at home or even in a remote internet cafe in another part of the world you would still be able to have access to all your important messages.
